About Part Tracker

Built by experienced e-commerce entrepreneurs and B2B sellers who needed a better solution for managing inventory, production, and sales across multiple channels.

Our Story

Part Tracker was born from real-world experience and frustration. As seasoned e-commerce operators and B2B sellers managing distributor networks across the globe, we faced a critical challenge: there simply wasn't a good automated inventory system that could seamlessly handle both online sales and orders outside of e-commerce platforms.

Our businesses required something more sophisticated than existing solutions could provide. We needed a system that could manage companies with in-house manufacturing or final assembly operations – where products are composed of multiple components, each requiring precise inventory tracking. We needed advanced sales and inventory analytics, automated purchase forecasting, the ability to create professional invoices and quotes in PDF format effortlessly, automatic purchase orders, and clear, intuitive sales statistics.

Most importantly, we needed a unified view that could track both e-commerce and direct sales – combined or separately – without the complexity and confusion that plagued other platforms. The tools available on the market were either too simplistic for our needs or overwhelmingly complex to use daily.

So we made the decision to build it ourselves. What started as an internal tool for our own operations evolved into something far more powerful and elegant than we initially envisioned. The system streamlined our workflows, reduced errors, saved countless hours, and gave us insights we never had before.

After seeing the transformative impact it had on our businesses, we realized other companies were facing the same challenges we had overcome. That's when we decided to launch Part Tracker as a SaaS solution – to help businesses like ours operate more efficiently, scale confidently, and focus on growth rather than wrestling with inadequate inventory systems.
