• "Service" refers to the Part Tracker SaaS platform and all related services
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Part Tracker AB
• "You", "User" refers to the person or organization using the service

3. Use of Service

3.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

3.2 Prohibited Use

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with the service's integrity or performance
• Upload malicious code or harmful software

4. Payment and Subscription

Pricing for the service is stated on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the service. We make no claim to ownership of your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us during the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
